Christine is an NBTA Coach and Judge and mother of four. She is also a USTA Professional Member and Director of the TwirlTasTix Baton Twirling Teams and Relevé Dance program.
Jeneane Kraft (Elkton, MD) received her BFA in Dance from Shenandoah Conservatory at Shenandoah University in May of 2021, where she performed works from Casey Noblett, Yoshito Sakuraba, Ilana Goldman, and many more. She trained at Mid-Atlantic Center for the Performing Arts (MCPA) in Baltimore, MD, working with many guests including Ashley Blair Fitzgerald and Shelly Hutchinson. With MCPA, Jeneane performed at the Joyce Theatre and opened for Martha Graham Dance Company with Maeghan McHale’s “If".
Her professional highlights include performing a self-choreographed solo, "To Me, From Me", in Rome, Italy with Ekilibre Dance Company, performing at the 37th Annual Choreographers' Showcase and the American College Dance Association Gala with Tiffanie Carson’s “B.U.G.".
Jeneane has performed as a dancer at Kings Dominion, Busch Gardens, JMMD Entertainment, and sailed the Caribbean as a dancer and character dancer with Disney Cruise Lines. She is excited to continue performing professionally with MA.DE Dance Company in 2025-2026 and continuing to instruct at Relevé Dance @ Coppermine Bel Air Athletic Club, while leading their competitive dance team.
Jermaine "Platinum J" Melvin is a celebrated hip-hop dancer, choreographer, and educator with over 15 years of experience inspiring students of all ages. Known for his dynamic teaching style and electrifying performances, Platinum J has taught dance across the East Coast, fostering confidence, creativity, and community in every class.
A Baltimore native, he gained national recognition through appearances on So You Think You Can Dance and The Rap Game Season 3 on Lifetime. He also took home the title at Baltimore’s Got Talent in 2009, solidifying his reputation as a trailblazer in the dance world.
Through his innovative teaching philosophy, Platinum J empowers dancers to step out of their comfort zones and "lock in" to their full potential. His classes emphasize discipline, self-expression, and teamwork, making them as much about personal growth as they are about dance.
When he’s not teaching, Platinum J is busy building his brand, The Platinum Experience, which includes a successful clothing line, a podcast, and now his debut book, "Unlock the Flow: Hip-Hop Dance for All Ages." This book reflects his passion for inspiring the next generation of dancers and leaders, offering a blueprint for confidence, creativity, and success on and off the dance floor.
Kathleen Rink Ebner earned a Bachelor’s degree at Towson University. While there, she studied dance and theatre arts. Starting her education in dance at age 3, Kathleen has many years of experience in ballet, tap, jazz, modern dance and musical theatre. She has had the opportunity to train with many accomplished dance instructors in the Baltimore-Metropolitan area. Her training includes teachers such as Dorothy Virgilio, Ann Roman, Wally Saunders, Gus Giordano, Luigi, Marilyn Gaston, Caryl Maxwell, Edward Stewart, Libby Lovejoy and Diana Curran. Locally, Kathleen was the Artistic Director for Forest Hill Dance and has taught at Harford Community College and Harford Dance Center. She has also completed courses in African and Social dance, studied in NYC at Broadway Dance Center and Steps on Broadway, participated in classes at The Pulse on Tour and Star Power, choreographed for BAAC Stage Dance Company, choreographed and performed in local musicals and danced with Headliners of Baltimore. Kathleen currently teaches at Releve Dance at Coppermine and Raise The Barre Studio of Dance. She resides in Forest Hill with her husband, Charles.
Tess is a dance and baton twirling instructor who has been teaching for 6 years and performing for 23 years. She has been a part of TwirlTasTix since she was 8 years old and was competitively baton twirling in the advanced division by high school. She works as an R&D Lab Technician at W.L. Gore. At home, she enjoys gardening, singing and finding new music, and playing video games. She's excited to continue teaching this upcoming season!
LouAnne Savarese trained in ballet, tap, and jazz with the Janette Brown Studio of Dance, the Dance Conservatory of Maryland, and A Step Ahead Dance. She is a primary children’s instructor with over 30 years of experience. Her specialties include ballet, tap, jazz, and creative movement for young children; however, she has teaching experience with all ages. LouAnne has received gold and silver awards in dance competitions with Dance Masters off America and other organizations. She also enjoyed a three-year tour as a fitness instructor and graced the playing fields as an NFL Cheerleader for record crowds of 50,000 plus! LouAnne brings much experience and enthusiasm to our studio.
Noel Absher is a rising sophomore at Baltimore School for the Arts, where she trains in ballet, pointe, modern, and choreography as part of the school’s prestigious dance program. She has performed in Harford Dance Theatre’s productions of Cinderella, The Nutcracker, Harriet’s Happiest Halloween, and The Little Mermaid. Noel also appeared in The Nutcracker choreographed by Amy Hall Garner for the Baltimore School for the Arts. In addition to performing, Noel is a Heather O’Steen Photography Dance Ambassador, where she shares her love of dance through captivating images. This summer, she will continue to peruse her passion for ballet at The Nutmeg Ballet Conservatory’s four-week summer intensive.
Meghan is a sophomore twirler at Purdue University. She has twirled her whole life and loves teaching kids new skills. She was a member of Team USA in 2023 and loves competing in college events for Purdue.
Leika is a freshman feature twirler at the University of New Haven. She has been twirling for eight years and has a passion for teaching students. She has earned several titles and most recently, was crowned the 2023 Miss Majorette of Maryland Royalty.
